First and foremost, ensure the well-being of all individuals involved. If there are injuries or imminent danger, immediately contact emergency services by dialing 911 in your area.

Additionally, irrespective of the presence of injuries, it is imperative to notify the local authorities and file a police report. This step is essential for documentation purposes. Please gather pertinent details such as the name of the responding police officer, the contact information for the investigating department (often the Parish police), and the police report itself.

Following the necessary safety measures and police involvement, please promptly notify Smalls Rental Service through our 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance line at 1784-492-2775. Our team will assist you in creating a preliminary accident report and discuss options regarding a replacement vehicle if required.
